Frequently asked questions

How should I store my charcuterie before serving?
Keep your charcuterie refrigerated in its box until you are ready to serve.

How long can charcuterie be left at room temperature?
Certain charcuterie items may be left at room temperature for up to two hours. After this time, we recommend returning the food to the refrigerator to maintain freshness and food safety.

What should I do with leftovers?
If storing leftovers overnight, remove crackers and nuts and transfer the remaining items into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator and consume within a reasonable timeframe.

Can I refrigerate the entire box?
Yes. For short-term storage, charcuterie may remain in its original box. For overnight or extended storage, transferring items to an airtight container is recommended.

Are nuts and crackers safe to refrigerate?
Nuts and crackers are best stored separately at room temperature to preserve texture and freshness.

Is your charcuterie allergen-free?

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our boards may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
