Thank you for choosing Simcoe Charcuterie. Please review our policies before placing your order.
Ordering
• 24 hours notice is required for standard orders.
• Larger events require additional notice.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Payment
• Full payment is required to secure your order.
• Event bookings require a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations
• Please give us 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an order.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
Allergies
We operate in a kitchen where common allergens are present. Please disclose any allergies at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup is available in Innisfil.
• Delivery is available in Barrie and Simcoe County for an additional fee.
• Products should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 24 hours. Products should not be left out of refrigeration for more than 2 hours.
Quality
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery. Please keep your charcuterie box refrigerated before serving. Please remove all nuts and crackers from your charcuterie box and store left overs in an air tight container in the fridge.
