OUR STORY
Simcoe Charcuterie began as a passion project in 2022. I simply loved hosting for friends and family — creating beautiful spreads that brought everyone together. What started at my own table quickly grew into something much bigger.
Very quickly, it became a trusted service within our community, helping elevate hosting while taking the stress out of entertaining. I saw how much people appreciated having beautifully curated charcuterie ready to serve — no prep, no pressure, just quality time.
My goal is to make gatherings effortless. Each custom board is thoughtfully designed with the finest selections of meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, and elevated accompaniments. Whether it’s an intimate family gathering, a holiday celebration, or a corporate event, I focus on creating something that feels polished, abundant, and special.
Entertaining should feel exciting — not overwhelming. I’m here to make it easy, beautiful, and memorable.
